Josh is a yoga specialist who is ready to help you sweat and flow your way to increased flexibility and strength. Josh had been a marathon runner, triathlete, and fitness enthusiast for many years, and was shocked to find that committing himself to a regular yoga routine provided the fine muscle toning and core strength that his other workouts simply could not match.
Josh holds a 200+ hour yoga certification, and is certified in fitness rowing through the Shockwave program.
