Jodi Dettman has taught fitness classes in the Baton Rouge area for many years. She got her first gym membership at the age of 13 and has been addicted to health and fitness ever since! She has been a fan of spinning, yoga, pilates, step, and weight classes, but nothing made her shake and burn like her first barre class! Before founding [re]FORM Fitness, Jodi trained for years in two different bar methods, and is excited to bring to [re]FORM years of experience in creating long, lean muscles, increased flexibility, and a multitude of other body benefits in an engaging fitness environment.
Jodi is a certified barreAmped instructor with additional training specializing in pre and post-natal students as well as students with injuries. She is also certified in Tap 'n Pow{h}er and Hold 'n Pow{h}er, PIYO, Turbokick, KettleBell AMPD and Shockwave rowing. She has continuing eduction through workshops in TRX Bootcamp, TRX Yoga, BOSU Core and Dimensional Training, Mat Pilates with Props and Foam Rolling for recovery.
Jodi grew up in the Baton Rouge area and married her high school sweetheart, with whom she has three children.
